Lets see.... I'm back in Eugene, finally. It was an adventure trying to get here yesterday.
So, I got up and was ready to leave the house at about 9:30. My Jeep was all packed with all my stuff. I turn onto SR-14, and get about half a mile, and my car makes this clunking noise, instead of shifting into third gear. I just watched the RPM's go down, and luckily got my car off to the side of the road without causing an accident or anything. It was completely dead... so I put it in park, and tried to get it to start again. No such luck. So, I called my dad to see what he wanted me to do... and he came and got me. We had to go home and get the Del Sol (the car I used to drive) and bring it back. There was no way that I could get all my stuff to fit into the small trunk of the car, but we actually crammed more in than I thought we would. So, my dad called a tow truck, and my car is now in the shop. They apparently have no idea what is wrong with it... hopefully they can fix it.... SOON! I want my car back!
Anyways, I eventually made it to Eugene, where I still have lots of unpacking to do. But Sarah and I had a good day, just getting stuff set up, grocery shopping, etc. It was fun. Oh, and we made up this new game on AIM. But I can't tell you about it. Hahahah. :)
Well, instead of stalling longer, I should get back to unpacking. Meh, I'm lazy. Oh yeah, if you're in Eugene and want to hang out, call my cell!! :)

So yesterday Sarah, Brian, Eddie and I went to Newport and Depoe Bay for the day. It was such a nice day at the beach... I think it was about 60 or so, but it was hard to tell because it was windy. Anyways, the sun was out... which seems to be rare for the Oregon coast.
Highlights of the day include:
-Listening to the 80's mix on the trip there.
-picnic on the beach that smelled like poop... besides the fact that it smelled (which was not a problem for me... sometimes not being able to smell comes in very handy!) it was a very nice picnic. I havent had Lunchables in SO long!
-going to Depoe Bay, looking at all the cute shops, and watching some fish get cleaned... ok actually the last part was kind of gross... but cool too. They had to whack the fish on the head to make sure they were dead, and this one fish bit the guys hand... it was kinda funny.
-buying two kites for $1 at the Dollar Tree... mine was missing half of the sticks it was supposed to come with, so we had to use twigs in their place... it actually did fly for a short period of time though, and I do mean short.... so Sarah and I named them "Kite of Death" and "Kite of Death Dos"
-spending lots of time at South Beach.... it was way nicer than the poop beach. I love just walking on the beach and listening to the ocean.
-watching the seals on the docks in Newport. There was this one that was huge, and it would try to bite the seals that would try to get up on the dock with him. I've never seen seals be violent... it was actually kind of scary. They were all barking at eachother, and being generally mean. Eek!
-dinner at Mo's. When we were standing in line, this stupid couple and their kid cut in front of us. They pretended like they were looking at the baby in front of us, and then they just squeezed into line. They were the most annoying people ever, and they were wearing these ugly nylon jogging suit things...lame! Anyways, the food was good.... I had clam chowder (of course!). Eddie had never been to Mo's before, but I think he liked it.
After dinner we headed back to Eugene! It was a long, but very, VERY fun day!!! :)

Yesterday my dad and I were driving near the University of Portland, and we had to stop at some railroad tracks because a train was passing through. There were probably 6 cars stopped, and then this really gross guy (and I mean REALLY gross) pulled up and got out of his car. He ran (or waddled... whateva) around the back of his car and proceeded to stand on the curb, and pee into the bushes... OMG... SO GROSS! He was just looking around at everyone, with this smirk on his face. It was sooo nasty! Ugh, seriously... could he have not waited until there was an area that had some trees that he could stand behind or something? He just did it in broad daylight, with like 6 cars worth of people watching him. Ick.
On a lighter note... I saw a falling star on the way home last night... it was very cool :)

This has been the hardest term of my life, in more ways than one (school, being sick, my grandma passing away, etc) .... but it is wrapping up, and I couldn't be more happy.
I turned in my Info Hell project on Wednesday at 2:00. It was cool... they called each of our names, and we went up and turned in our project and people clapped and stuff. We got a button, and we signed our name on this big poster that said, "I survived Info Hell." I can honestly say, I've never worked so hard on a project in my entire life. Even though it was really challenging, and I hated every minute of it, I think the feeling of accomplishment that I felt when I turned it in made it all worth it. I am so glad that it is all over. It seems weird to not have this big project looming over my head anymore.
I finished up my Mulitmedia Design final project this morning, and I am fairly pleased with how it all turned out. So, that class is all over.
All I have left to do is study for my BA315 final, which is on Tuesday at 3:15. I'm gonna have to study hardcore for this test, in order to get an A in the class... but hopefully it will happen. I'm working on a 4.0 this term.... and it just might happen. *crosses fingers*.
Now... if I just had some money, life would be perfect. No one is getting Christmas presents this year, because I am super poor.... like really really poor. Meh, oh well. I'm working over break, so that'll help.
Today should be fun... Sarah and I are going with Eddie and Ashley to get Eddie's ear pierced (and maybe other people's....?) and then we're going to VRC. It should be fun. I would like to get pierced again, but this whole not having money thing is getting in the way of that.... oh well, its nice to just be able to relax and not be stressing about Info Hell.
Ok, I am just rambling now.

Ok, so I just got home from the UO v. Cal game... OMG, it freakin' rocked!!!!
We were down by 10, and then we came back to win it... I swear, the last minute of the game took like three hours... or at least it seemed that way. OMG, yay! I am so glad we won!!
Other funny parts from the game include: - At the beginning of the game, Chris was like, "Wouldnt it be crazy if all the power went out?!?" Well, at the beginning of the third quarter all the lights went out on the south side of the stadium, and we had to wait like 15 minutes for them to come back on. So, Chris must be magic or something like that.
- Chris was on the camera thing that they show up on the big screen... I may have been too... I dont really know.
- We rushed the field after we kicked Cal's ass.... it was AWESOME. I walked past Jared Siegel. He's short, I was a good 6 inches taller than him.
And then Chris, Sarah and I went to IHOP... Good times!
